Hope for Haiti improves the lives of more Haitians with Asana

Hope for Haiti is a bi‑national nonprofit (founded 1989) with 65 staff in Haiti and the US that provides education, healthcare, infrastructure, and over 20.1 million gallons of clean water per year. Rapid growth exposed operational bottlenecks—inefficient communications, donor relations, grant reporting, and coordination during disasters—that limited the organization’s ability to scale impact.

Hope for Haiti adopted Asana, starting with executive weekly goals and then moving its Strategic Plan, grant management, emergency protocols, and in‑kind donation tracking onto the platform (helped by a donated Asana Business plan and an Asana Advisor). The result: centralized communication and visibility across teams, faster project execution, streamlined grant workflows and revenue reporting, and a better donor experience (enabling quick reporting on a high‑profile gift), all of which freed time to pursue new funding and boost on‑the‑ground impact.
