A Asana Case Study
GoodRx, a Santa Monica–based telehealth marketplace that helps consumers track prescription prices and access discounts accepted at over 70,000 pharmacies, needed clearer, company-wide visibility into cross-functional work. With teams using different task tools, research and marketing work was often siloed or lost in long email threads, making it hard to know who was doing what, when, or to coordinate external research and requests.
GoodRx rolled out Asana across the company, standardizing onboarding and using shared projects, Forms, templates, and task comments to centralize requests and collaboration. The change created a single source of truth, boosted accountability by allowing tasks to live in multiple projects, improved reporting for planning and resourcing, and saved an estimated 125 workdays per year across 400+ employees.
