Case Study: L’Interdit by Givenchy achieves on-time global launches and unified cross-functional collaboration with Asana

A Asana Case Study

Preview of the L’Interdit Givenchy Case Study

Givenchy takes its luxury vision to stores around the world with Asana

Givenchy, part of LVMH and headquartered in Paris, needed a better way to coordinate global product and consumer-experience launches across its Product and Consumer Experience teams. With one Planning & Development Lead managing 80+ concurrent projects and working with 200 collaborators across 19 functions, the company struggled to share a consolidated schedule, keep deadlines aligned, and deliver a consistent brand experience across stores and channels.

To solve this, Givenchy moved project management into Asana so cross-functional teams could plan, store assets, and track timelines in one place. The platform supported weekly task-force coordination and end-to-end launch tracking — illustrated by the 18-month, on-time 2018 relaunch of L’Interdit in ~120 countries — cutting emails and calls, improving visibility, and delivering a cohesive, successful global launch.
