Case Study: Culture Amp achieves double the marketing campaigns with Asana

A Asana Case Study

Preview of the Culture Amp Case Study

Culture Amp doubles its marketing campaigns with Asana

Culture Amp, a global people-and-culture platform used by over 2,500 organizations, relied on a 12-person Brand and Content team to run campaigns, produce blogs and eBooks, manage product launches, and maintain the website across offices in the US, UK, and Australia. The team’s work was fragmented across messaging apps, docs, spreadsheets, and small tools, which made strategic planning impossible, created ad-hoc asset requests, obscured workloads, and prevented scaling.

By centralizing campaign planning, the editorial calendar, and incoming asset requests in Asana—using templates, custom fields, and a Slack integration—Culture Amp created a single source of truth for collaborators and freelancers. The new process improved visibility and prioritization, streamlined creative requests, and enabled the team to double the number of campaigns and large product launches per quarter with the same resources while opening capacity for new initiatives like a company podcast.
