A Asana Case Study
Blinkist is a Berlin-based micro‑learning app that condenses bestselling nonfiction into short “blinks” so users can learn quickly. As the company scaled since its 2012 founding, the core challenge was execution: finding the right people and organizational setup, removing roadblocks, and empowering teams to move fast without bottlenecks or office politics.
Blinkist adopted Asana to provide transparency and structure for both projects and ongoing work—mapping roles, running weekly “tacticals,” tracking localization and initiatives, and using a shared “Bucket List” for ideas. The tool sped decision‑making, reduced reliance on leadership approval, increased ownership and engagement, and helped Blinkist grow to nearly 100 employees with faster product launches, strong retention, and clearer, more efficient collaboration.
