Nodus Rug, an Italian luxury rug brand, sought to elevate its online customer journey and address the common challenge of shoppers struggling to visualize how a rug would look in their own space. To provide a more immersive and frictionless shopping experience, Nodus Rug partnered with Aryel to leverage its Creatives platform for augmented reality (AR) product visualization.
Aryel implemented a WebAR campaign integrated directly into the Nodus Rug e-commerce site. This solution allowed customers to use their smartphone browsers to visualize rugs in their own homes using surface recognition technology, eliminating the need to download an app. As a result of working with Aryel, Nodus Rug achieved a 33% increase in its online conversion rate and saw a 24% reduction in product return rates, with one in four shoppers engaging with the AR features.
