Crossfield Products Corp., an industrial coatings manufacturer with locations in Rancho Dominguez, CA and Roselle Park, NJ, needed to modernize and better integrate its manufacturing, distribution and sales processes while maintaining long-term ERP continuity. For nearly 20 years Crossfield has relied on Arxis Technology to manage and update its Sage 100 ERP and to introduce complementary solutions like Sage CRM, addressing challenges such as inventory and formula tracking, multi-site accounting, and sales visibility.

Arxis Technology upgraded and maintained Crossfield’s Sage 100 ERP, created custom user-defined fields, consolidated the two sites into a single company within the system to vastly simplify accounting, and implemented Sage CRM to sync customer data and give sales reps visibility to orders and invoices. As a result—thanks to Arxis Technology—Crossfield achieved improved inventory management, more accurate costing and pricing, streamlined accounting processes, and stronger sales opportunity tracking and communication.
