Arxis Technology implemented Sage 300 ERP to automate financials, field-service dispatch and inventory, configuring each warehouse and service van as its own inventory location and integrating billing and reporting. The deployment delivered real-time inventory visibility across four states and 35+ service technicians, eliminated manual data-entry processes, accelerated posting and invoicing to improve cash flow, tightened core-return tracking, and increased customer satisfaction and overall profitability.
