CallSource, a Westlake Village–based telecommunications firm that manages nearly 2,000,000 tracking numbers and generates about 7,400 invoices each month, faced a critical bottleneck when an upgrade to its proprietary billing software disabled the export utility that fed its accounting system. CallSource had previously adopted Sage ERP Accpac on the recommendation of Arxis Technology, and turned to Arxis Technology for a fast, flexible fix to handle its complex client billing relationships and high invoice volume.

Arxis Technology (with development partner CodePartners) implemented a new import routine into Sage ERP Accpac that brings detailed billing data in, matches bills to repeating orders, and automates invoice generation. The solution cut invoice turnaround from 9–10 days to 1–2 days, reduced daily sales outstanding from 46 to 39 days (a seven-day improvement), and freed up roughly $700,000 in cash flow on average—delivering significant efficiency gains and a quick return on investment.
