TD Bank Group - Customer Case Study

TD Bank Group, a Toronto‑headquartered bank with more than 80,000 employees and millions of online and mobile customers, needed to accelerate its mobility initiative to "increase digital fluency." With thousands of globally dispersed staff using a mix of managed and unmanaged, corporate and personal devices, TD required a way to distribute work apps to employees whether or not their devices were enrolled in MDM. TD engaged Arxan Technologies (using the Apperian App Management solution) to address this challenge.

Arxan Technologies implemented Apperian’s private, branded TD Apps store and administrator console so TD could upload apps, apply security/management/analytics policies, and publish apps outside public app stores. As a result, Arxan Technologies provided a system of record for app administrators, increased digital fluency by making productivity apps easy to find and use, and enabled scalable distribution to TD’s large global employee base, including BYOD and MDM‑managed devices.
