WHS MONITOR™ lightens drilling company’s safety load

HMR Drilling Services, a Kalgoorlie-based exploration and diamond drilling company, needed a better way to manage workplace health and safety compliance across a largely field-based workforce. With paper-based processes and no centralised system, the company turned to Arventa’s WHS MONITOR™ to improve induction, training, and overall WHS recordkeeping.

Arventa implemented WHS MONITOR™ as a cloud-based, configurable compliance management system, with HMR using modules for Induction and Training, Risk, Asset Management, Policies and Procedures, HR Safety Management, Chemical Management, and Reporting. The result was a centralised, mobile-friendly system that removed seven to eight steps from the old process, enabled electronic and offline assessments underground, and helped employees manage their own training records more easily and positively.
