How ParagonCorp simplified the artwork approval process with Artwork Flow

ParagonCorp, a major Indonesian cosmetics manufacturer behind brands like Wardah, Kahf, Make Over, and Emina, needed a better way to manage high volumes of artwork approvals. Its team handled multiple projects at once, but reviews were scattered across email threads, making it difficult to track versions, avoid mix-ups, and report project status efficiently. ParagonCorp turned to Artwork Flow to simplify its artwork approval process.

With Artwork Flow, ParagonCorp centralized project management in a task folder, used checklists and annotations to give clearer feedback, and relied on 3-mode version comparison to review changes faster and more accurately. The dashboard analytics also made reporting much easier. As a result, ParagonCorp improved collaboration and control across artwork projects, reached 490 artworks approved, averaged just 2 revisions per artwork, and brought artwork approval down to an average of 2 weeks.
