Tiger Electric, a Colorado-based electrical contracting firm managing 300+ subcontractors and hundreds of projects, struggled with thousands of paper and electronic documents, slow manual scanning and tedious AP invoice processing—often taking 35–40 minutes to process a single residential folder. Artsyl’s docAlpha, integrated with KwikTag, enabled batch scanning, automatic data extraction, sorting, indexing and workflow-triggering; Tiger Electric cut scanning time per folder from about 35–40 minutes to 1.5–3 minutes, eliminated much manual data entry, built 13 KwikTag workflows, and gained better AP/AR visibility and team efficiency.
