OrthoVirginia Automates AP Invoice Processing with docAlpha and DocLink

OrthoVirginia, Virginia’s largest provider of orthopaedic and therapy care (22 locations, 100+ physicians), was struggling to scale accounts payable as invoice volume grew — two AP staff spent most of their time manually coding, routing and entering invoices. To digitize and streamline AP and support multi‑site growth, OrthoVirginia engaged Artsyl and adopted Artsyl’s docAlpha alongside their DocLink ECM.

Artsyl implemented the docAlpha Smart Process Platform with the InvoiceAction AP application, integrated with Altec DocLink, to automatically capture, sort, file and index invoices and metadata.
