CPower Combines docAlpha with Dynamics GP and PaperSave to Go Paperless and Streamline Its Payables Process

CPower Energy Management, a Baltimore-based energy management firm founded in 2014, moved accounts payable back in-house and set out to go paperless while integrating with Microsoft Dynamics GP and PaperSave to gain visibility and control and scale for growth. To eliminate manual invoice handling and data entry, CPower chose Artsyl and its docAlpha smart process platform to capture, classify and extract invoice data.

Artsyl implemented docAlpha to automatically capture data from paper and digital invoices, file and index documents in PaperSave, route approvals, and create payables transactions in Dynamics GP—removing manual data entry. The solution delivered a fully paperless AP workflow, reduced lost invoices and improved auditability, supporting accurate automatic processing for about 60 vendors and roughly 1,200 invoices annually and positioning CPower to scale operations.
