ANCA Group Automates AP Invoice Processes with docAlpha

ANCA Group, a Melbourne-based global manufacturer of CNC drilling equipment, needed a scalable way to handle growing volumes of vendor invoices without adding headcount. Facing paper-based processes, manual data entry and mobile approval needs, ANCA selected Artsyl’s docAlpha transformation platform and the InvoiceAction intelligent process application (integrated with their QAD ERP) to modernize AP.

Artsyl implemented docAlpha/InvoiceAction to capture invoices from email or batch scans, automatically extract and validate invoice data, create ERP transactions and route exceptions for review. The solution eliminated manual and duplicate data entry, improved mobile access and process control, and shortened invoice cycle times from about two weeks to five days while enabling ANCA Group’s AP team to keep pace with growth.
