AJR Group, a manufacturer of filtration systems, custom foam products and medical devices, faced growing back-office bottlenecks as monthly vendor invoices rose from about 1,100 to 1,500. Artsyl’s docAlpha automated invoice data capture, validation and document sorting—extracting invoice numbers, amounts and vendor details, correcting obvious errors and routing exceptions—then creating records in DocLink and Sage 100 ERP for straight-through processing. The result: elimination of much manual data entry and document uploading, sustained AP throughput at ~1,500 invoices/month without adding headcount, improved transparency and control, and plans to extend docAlpha to automate customer sales orders.
