Virtual assistants deliver valuable consumer insight for Dom Perignon

Dom Pérignon wanted a fast, cost-effective way to understand what “luxury” meant to consumers and to gather insights that could support both internal marketing strategy and an external PR campaign. To do this, the brand worked with Artificial Solutions and its virtual assistants, Angelina and Marc, through an interactive online game created by Burson Marsteller.

Artificial Solutions delivered a natural-language, conversation-style survey where users “went on a date” with the virtual assistants and answered open-ended questions. The experience generated 1,500 responses in less than 60 days, achieved a 98% completion rate, and produced valuable insights for Dom Pérignon, while also helping secure significant national press and broadcast coverage.
