Kindred, one of Europe’s largest and fastest-growing online gaming operators, wanted to simplify the complex betting process for new and existing customers. Working with Artificial Solutions and its Teneo Natural Language Interaction platform, Kindred aimed to reduce the friction of menu-driven app and web interfaces and make placing bets faster and easier.
Artificial Solutions implemented Teneo so customers could place bets using natural speech, such as saying “Put a tenner on a 3-0 City win,” with the app interpreting intent and asking for clarification when needed. The results were strong: 91% of users gave a positive first reaction, 94% rated the solution as innovative, and Kindred also improved the live betting experience by letting users wager without leaving streams.
