The Servei d’Ocupació de Catalunya (SOC) needed a better way to serve rising numbers of unemployed and job-seeking citizens online, while also offering 24/7 access to job-hunting advice, unemployment support, and training information. SOC turned to Artificial Solutions and its Teneo Virtual Assistant platform to improve its website service and reduce reliance on office-based staff and phone support.
Artificial Solutions implemented “Sandra,” a Teneo Virtual Assistant that understands natural language and answers visitor questions instantly. Sandra now handles over 5,500 conversations a month, helps SOC analyze what users are looking for, and redirects citizens to the right information faster and at lower cost. This has improved web usability, reduced overhead, and made services more efficient for both citizens and SOC.
