Highly Prestigious Conference Organisation engaged Artifax to replace two separate legacy systems with a single ArtifaxEvent installation. Artifax implemented ArtifaxEvent with security rules to segregate departmental access, custom form configuration and API enhancements to support separate accounting instances, and prioritized a new multiple trading-names feature to give each department its own invoice and credit-note sequences.
