UNATION Boosts Online Support Tools with Articulate Presenter Technology Training

UNATION, a soon-to-launch Internet company focused on communications and social media tools, needed a fast way to create and distribute help content for its beta release before its full help system was ready. The company turned to Articulate Presenter and the Articulate Community to build a more customized, progressive online help solution that wouldn’t feel like a traditional corporate eLearning module.

Articulate helped UNATION create a “Quick Help Guide” with a custom player skin, linear navigation, hyperlinking, and a zoom-image lightbox effect to deliver support content in a structured, engaging format. According to the case study, the module overcame multiple navigation and design challenges, pushed the capabilities of Articulate and PowerPoint creatively, and received “rave reviews” from viewers.
