Peachtree Group, a large hospitality management company with 80+ hotels across the U.S. and a lean L&D team, needed a fast, easy way to deliver consistent onboarding training to new hires. To support training across thousands of employees, Peachtree turned to Articulate, using Reach 360 and Storyline 360 to build and distribute onboarding and compliance learning.

Articulate implemented Reach 360 to centrally deliver courses, track progress, and give managers reporter access, while Storyline 360 helped create bilingual learning paths in English and Spanish. The result was significant: over 3,500 learners enrolled, completion rates consistently above 80%, and onboarding that takes just 40 minutes in English and 52 minutes in Spanish, saving time and effort across the organization.
