How LexisNexis Used Mobile Learning to Improve Sales Training

LexisNexis needed to train its sales team to better understand complex legal practice areas, so reps could speak more confidently with customers. To do that, the company turned to Articulate and used Articulate Storyline to build an online Practice Area Training Series, starting with intellectual property law and expanding to multiple practice areas.

Articulate helped LexisNexis create engaging, easy-to-digest HTML5 modules that sales staff can access on the web or on iPads. The result was a growing library of 14 training modules, better learner engagement and positive feedback, plus significant savings on travel and accommodation costs compared with traditional training.
