Aptive needed a highly engaging, customized ethics training program to teach more than 500 team members the company’s standards of conduct in government contracting, and an off-the-shelf course wouldn’t meet its need for interactive, workforce-wide education. Using Articulate 360, Aptive built a tailored Ethics and Standards of Conduct course that reflected its values and challenged employees to apply the content in practical ways.

With Articulate, Aptive launched a course that earned a 5-star learner rating, received strong internal and external praise, and became a core part of onboarding for all new employees within their first 10 days. The course also won a 2024 Brandon Hall Group Silver HCM Award, and its success helped Aptive expand into additional custom e-learning projects.
