Stonebridge Companies adds 2 sculptural projecting signs with ArtHouse Design

Stonebridge Companies engaged ArtHouse Design to create and secure approval for eye-catching projecting signs for their Renaissance Hotel Denver Downtown and its restaurant, The Range. The challenge was particularly complex due to the hotel's location within the historic, landmarked Colorado National Bank building.

ArtHouse Design expertly wrote and navigated the complex Comprehensive Sign Plan required for approval, successfully installing the signs on the protected historic marble. The result was the addition of two beautiful, sculptural projecting signs that enhanced the iconic building and contributed to Downtown Denver's famous streetscape.
