Preview of the First Gulf Case Study

First Gulf brands 310,000-square-foot 1401 Lawrence with ArtHouse Design

ArtHouse Design was selected by First Gulf, a Canadian developer, to create signage and wayfinding for their new Class AA office tower, 1401 Lawrence, in Denver. The challenge was to design and implement a comprehensive signage system that would match the building's sophisticated, high-end finishes and LEED Gold certification, while also serving as an effective beacon and providing clear wayfinding for both pedestrians and vehicles.

The solution from ArtHouse Design included exterior glass monument signs that glow from within, interior ADA signage with a subtle marble texture, and garage supergraphics that provided brand consistency. ArtHouse also created tenant signage guidelines to maintain future design standards. The result was a suite of elegant signage that became a showpiece for the building, with First Gulf's Director of Development praising ArtHouse for their dedication, passion, and service that exceeded expectations to deliver a quality result.
