Large U.S.-Based Company worked with Artemis Health to assess COVID-19 risk and plan for reopening offices safely during the pandemic. As a large employer with more than 30,000 employees and 52,000 plan members, the company needed a data-driven way to understand employee health risk, geographic exposure, and which offices might be ready to reopen.

Using the Artemis Health platform, the benefits team combined internal population health and claims data with public COVID-19 growth data to evaluate risk by age, chronic conditions, and office location. Artemis Health helped the company identify vulnerable populations, compare 13 office locations against organizational benchmarks, and prioritize five lower-risk offices for a phased reopening pilot, giving leadership clearer visibility into employee safety and reopening decisions.
