ContractPodAi, a fast-growing legal tech and contract management provider, was using a starter version of Salesforce as it expanded internationally. As the business scaled, its existing Group Edition setup could no longer deliver the reporting, forecasting, and visibility needed to support growth across regions. Art of Cloud helped ContractPodAi upgrade to Salesforce Lightning Enterprise Sales Cloud.

Art of Cloud implemented a secure hierarchy and sharing model, activated and configured forecasting, cleaned existing data, and created tailored dashboards, reports, layouts, and internal branding to improve adoption. The project increased salesperson productivity, improved regional visibility and currency forecasting, strengthened KPI reporting, and made historical sales data accessible, while also improving reporting accuracy through data cleansing.
