LBJ Presidential Library draws 4,000+ opening-day visitors with Arrow

The LBJ Presidential Library faced the challenge of promoting its "Ladies and Gentlemen… The Beatles!" exhibit to drive significant community attendance in Austin. The library engaged the vendor, Arrow, to develop and implement an advertising and publicity campaign to successfully launch the exhibit.

Arrow created a comprehensive campaign featuring a life-size Abbey Road crosswalk photo backdrop and animated digital ads. The vendor also conceptualized and managed a Beatles-inspired costume party event. This solution resulted in over 4,000 attendees on opening day, vastly exceeding the library's average of 1,000, and more than 400 people attending the special event. Arrow's work successfully captured the hearts of Beatles fans of all ages.
