A Arreva Case Study
Ronald McDonald House Stanford, a Palo Alto nonprofit that houses over 1,200 families annually, needed to expand from 24 to 46 rooms and run a major capital campaign to fund remodeling. Faced with limited cash and staff, paper-based donor and volunteer tracking, and an inability to personalize outreach to some 15,000 donors, the organization turned to Arreva and its Exceed! Premier donor management software to improve communication, targeting and operational efficiency.
Arreva’s Exceed! Premier centralized donor, guest and volunteer records, enabled personalized communications and automated mailings, improved reporting, and streamlined occupancy and volunteer tracking. As a result, RMH Stanford dramatically raised fundraising effectiveness—raising $21 million in nine months (more than doubling prior projections from $9 million to $21 million)—substantially surpassing its capital campaign goal and reducing administrative burden.
