Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Florida, a 31‑bed facility that supports families of seriously ill children with a small staff (six full‑time, five part‑time), faced inefficient, manual processes scattered across spreadsheets for donor, volunteer and guest management. To modernize and streamline operations and fundraising, the chapter partnered with Arreva and upgraded from Exceed Premier to the cloud‑based platform, ultimately adopting Arreva’s ExceedFurther All‑in‑One solution.
Arreva implemented ExceedFurther to centralize donor relationship management, online giving, event and peer‑to‑peer fundraising, guest and volunteer modules, and automated communications. The result: donor records increased by 65%, guest registrations rose 34%, and the chapter tracked 22,800 volunteer shifts—while duplicate records were reduced, referrals were automated via the Online Guest Stay Request, thank‑you letters were automated, and staff saved significant time, improvements RMHC South Florida attributes directly to Arreva.
