Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC), a global nonprofit serving children and families through 179 local Chapters in 46 countries, struggled with fragmented fundraising, volunteer/staff tracking and guest management because its legacy in-house software (“Ronald”) was hard to use and not built for fundraisers. RMHC engaged Arreva for a flexible, fundraiser-focused technology partner—initially implementing MacTRAC and later adopting Arreva’s flagship solution, Exceed!™—to standardize processes and better support the operational needs of individual Chapters and Houses.
Arreva customized and deployed its Exceed!™ fundraising and donor-management suite (including a bespoke Exceed! Guest Module) and provided ongoing training and support at regional and international conferences. The solution centralized guest records, streamlined billing, stay tracking and fundraising administration, and helped standardize workflows; today roughly 100 Chapters worldwide use Arreva products, improving operational efficiency and enabling RMHC to scale fundraising and services more effectively across its network.
