Pomeroy Recreation and Rehabilitation Center, a nonprofit providing recreational, vocational and therapeutic services for people with developmental disabilities, needed a more accessible and efficient way to track and report donor activity. Working with Arreva, they moved off the desktop Exceed Premier system to Arreva’s cloud fundraising solution, Exceed Beyond, to solve slow remote access, streamline gift processing, and improve reporting capabilities.

Arreva handled the data migration, training and support to implement Exceed Beyond, which now automates thank-you letters, provides on-demand gift and donor retention reports, powerful search across a 7,000‑record database, and flexible filters and tabs. The result is daily, multi‑use adoption by staff, far faster reporting (a custom report that once took 1.5 hours now runs in about 20 seconds), restored custom reporting after conversion, and much-improved remote access and efficiency thanks to Arreva’s ongoing support.
