Lovelady Center, a human services nonprofit that serves over 500 women and children daily, relied heavily on thrift-store revenue and individual donations but needed to begin collecting digital donations and offering online event registration from their website. To address this, they partnered with Arreva and adopted Arreva’s Online Fundraising software (listed as Exceed Further) to build a new website and add online giving, event registration, and email marketing capabilities.

Arreva implemented a new CMS and integrated modules for online donations, event registration, and email campaigns, plus training and ongoing support. As a result, Lovelady Center saw a 40% increase in online fundraising between 2016 and 2017, raised over $40,000 in online donations, doubled luncheon attendance from ~300 to over 600, and achieved nearly a 50% email open rate — outcomes the organization attributes to Arreva’s platform and support.
