League to Save Lake Tahoe, Tahoe’s oldest and largest environmental nonprofit, needed a more user-friendly CRM to manage donors, volunteers and events—its old system was rigid, cumbersome, and required specialist knowledge for a small 17-person staff. Membership Associate Jessica Enciso researched six vendors and chose Arreva’s cloud-based Exceed Beyond to replace the legacy database and simplify volunteer, event and donor management.

Arreva converted the League’s data, provided onsite staff training, and deployed Exceed Beyond’s donor, volunteer and event modules. The result: a single system that tracks individuals and households separately, imports volunteer history into a volunteer module, produces total hours and value per program for audits, supports event seating and sponsorship reporting, and enables quick lists and tagging for targeted communications. Arreva’s support and the platform’s customizable fields have markedly reduced manual work and consolidated data access for the League.
