Cultural Tourism DC, a nonprofit that produces signature arts and cultural programs in Washington, DC, faced inefficient, siloed systems while planning its 6th annual Embassy Chef Challenge gala—separate email, ticketing, donation, and donor‑management tools forced manual consolidation and made event fundraising laborious. To address this, the organization partnered with Arreva and implemented Arreva’s Exceed Further application suite, including integrated email marketing, event management/ticketing, personal fundraising pages and CRM functionality.
Arreva rebuilt and integrated Cultural Tourism DC’s website and workflows so invitations, registrations, donations and donor records flowed into one system, automating ticketing, confirmations, thank‑yous and real‑time gift tracking. As a result, Cultural Tourism DC doubled expected gala revenue, achieved a 400% increase in funds, and reported total revenue of $11,001,249 while eliminating manual data entry—demonstrating the measurable impact of Arreva’s integrated solution.
