Boys & Girls Clubs of San Leandro, which serves more than 1,200 children at 12 school sites and 700+ teens, needed to run a 2016 capital campaign to renovate its main Club and expand programs, but relied on spreadsheets and paper that made donor, grant, and volunteer management difficult. The change saved time for the part‑time capital campaign manager, enabled peer‑to‑peer and site-specific donations (including a Board “One Campaign”), improved tracking as donor interest grows, and positioned Boys & Girls Clubs of San Leandro to scale fundraising and serve more youth more efficiently with Arreva.
