Woodland Trust, the UK’s largest woodland conservation charity with over 500,000 members, faced delays and data‑protection risks from paper membership forms that had to be returned to the office for manual entry. To solve this, they turned to Array, using the Array App to digitize the membership sign‑up process.

Using Array, membership officers load the membership form onto a device so new supporters can complete and send their details instantly and securely; the implementation leverages Array features like Logic and Report Filters. The change enabled real‑time sign‑ups, removed paper handling and processing delays, and “saves us a lot of time, a lot of effort,” according to Steve Marsh (Lead PR Manager) at Woodland Trust.
