To meet this challenge they adopted Array’s mobile data collection, collation and reporting system.
Array delivered a mobile app and reporting platform with offline form submission, photo capture and annotation, barcode scanning, document upload, email automation and website reporting, letting brand ambassadors submit rich data straight from the field and avoid lengthy post-event paperwork. As a result ARC scaled seasonal data collection while keeping overheads low, sped up reporting and reduced time spent in spreadsheets—enabling faster insight delivery and more value for clients.
