Little Kickers, led by franchise owner Rob Webb in Bracknell/Camberley, runs 45 classes for 450 children across 13 locations with 12 coaches. Their challenge was time-consuming paper processes—registers, health & safety and minor-incident forms—that pulled coaches away from coaching, so they adopted Array to digitize their paperwork.

Array implemented a digital solution using registers, minor-incident forms, embedded web forms and report writers so paperwork can be completed in real time. Coaches report it now takes “two minutes” to finish forms, freeing up significant coaching time, improving incident tracking and allowing Little Kickers to spot booking trends across their 45 classes — all achieved with Array.
