Needham Bank, a Massachusetts community bank experiencing rapid growth in employees, assets and new service lines, needed near five‑9s availability and high performance for critical apps like email and SharePoint. The IT team was seeing unacceptable SharePoint downtime and had no load‑balancing or application delivery controller in place as they moved toward a virtualized infrastructure.
