J-SCube - Customer Case Study

J-SCube, a business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, faced high hardware procurement and maintenance costs and inconsistent server-management standards because it repeatedly built on-site environments for clients. Seeking lower upfront costs, easier expansion, and secure mobile access to servers, J-SCube evaluated Nutanix hyper‑converged infrastructure (HCI) with the free Acropolis hypervisor and needed a virtual SSL VPN to enable remote administration.

J-SCube deployed Nutanix HCI together with Array’s vxAG virtual secure access gateway running on Acropolis to provide SSL VPN access from mobile PCs. The combined solution cut procurement and setup time (start-up time roughly halved), streamlined maintenance by allowing admins to manage systems anywhere, reduced on-site visits, unified management practices, and opened the door to new services such as customer-facing secure access and data‑sharing features.
