eMeetingsOnline, a Colorado-based event planning and management firm, runs large-scale conferences and a SharePoint-based platform for registrations, content and mobile access. With servers housed in a remote co-location, the company needed high availability and performance for registration and media services, the ability to scale as it grew, PCI‑DSS compliance for credit-card processing, and 24x7 secure remote access for administrators and event organizers.

To meet those needs eMeetingsOnline deployed two Array APV1600 application delivery controllers in high-availability configuration and an AG1000 SSL VPN gateway. The APV appliances load-balance up to ten Windows servers (handling ~10K connections) and SharePoint streaming, while the AG1000 provides resource-specific SSL remote access with two‑factor authentication and supports PCI‑DSS requirements.
