Global Oil and Gas Producer, a large North American oil and gas company with more than 50 production sites and 80,000 employees, had trained hundreds of staff in Apollo Root Cause Analysis but struggled with a fragmented RCA program. With 200-300 investigations completed over a decade, the company had built up a large RCA library with no central place to store, search, or share it. ARMS Reliability provided RC Pro™ to help address this challenge.

ARMS Reliability implemented RC Pro™ as a centralized, cloud-based RCA database to consolidate legacy files, tag and classify past investigations, and make the information highly searchable across sites. The solution improved data mining and visibility, revealing that rotating equipment, especially pumps, accounted for nearly twice as many failures as the next equipment type and that more than 30% of solutions were related to FMEA/RCM. This helped the company prioritize corrective actions, strengthen its RCA program, and preserve institutional knowledge across the enterprise.
