Albemarle, a global specialty chemicals company with leading positions in lithium, bromine, refining catalysts, and applied surface treatments, needed a way to rapidly develop and deploy new maintenance strategies for the MARBL Lithium Joint Venture’s Lithium Hydroxide plant in Kemerton, Western Australia. To address this challenge, Albemarle selected ARMS Reliability’s OnePM asset strategy management software.

ARMS Reliability implemented OnePM to help Albemarle consolidate and structure master data, build optimized asset maintenance strategies, deploy them to the EAM system, and monitor them over time. The result was a faster path to maintenance strategy development and deployment for the new Kemerton facility, helping support optimal asset performance as the plant moves toward completion.
