US City Water and Wastewater Utility, a large municipal public water and wastewater provider, needed better visibility into its IT and OT environment to map network topology, classify assets, and improve vulnerability management without disrupting sensitive operations. Armis deployed Armis Centrix™ after a successful POC and integrated it with existing tools, while Armis MTS and resident experts helped the utility expand monitoring across its OT network and build 20+ custom dashboards. With Armis, the utility identified 38,000 assets, surfaced the top 10 to 12 vulnerabilities for weekly remediation, and saved 3 to 5 hours of troubleshooting time per week, all while protecting more than 1 million gallons of water every day from cyber disruption.
