International Health Agency secures 100+ MDSAP audits with Armedia

An international health agency faced the challenge of enabling secure information exchange among national regulatory authorities to improve the safety and oversight of medical products. They partnered with Armedia to build the Regulatory Exchange Portal (REPs), a solution powered by the Alfresco Digital Business Platform.

Armedia implemented a microservices-based solution using Alfresco for content, process, and records management, deployed on Amazon Web Services. The platform automated workflows, ensured a secure and auditable chain of custody for documents, and provided analytics. This allowed over 100 auditors and regulators to collaborate effectively, leading to faster, more informed decisions and a streamlined audit process for the Medical Device Single Audit Program.
