Shoppa's Stack, a leading regional Toyota forklift dealer, was transforming its internal operating platform into a commercial multi-tenant SaaS product for heavy equipment dealers. They engaged Armakuni to help with this SaaS transformation, which required automated tenant provisioning, API modernization, SOC 2 readiness, disaster recovery, federated SSO, and AI workflow automation.
