Case Study: International Diabetes Federation raises awareness of diabetes warning signs with Arlington Research

A Arlington Research Case Study

International Diabetes Federation raises awareness with Arlington Research, surveying 7,000 people and reaching 90,000,000 globally

The International Diabetes Federation (IDF) faced the challenge of needing to raise awareness about the warning signs of diabetes in children during its annual awareness month. To ensure its claims would be credible, the IDF engaged Arlington Research to conduct a statistically robust market research study.

Arlington Research implemented an international online survey of 7,000 people across seven countries. The research revealed that 87% of parents would struggle to recognize diabetes warning signs, with a quarter unable to spot them at all. These findings became the cornerstone of a global campaign, helping the IDF secure 37 pieces of coverage with nearly 90 million opportunities to see.
